Product Substitutions Satisfaction
Island Creations is constantly obtaining new and different products to use for your gift giving solutions. Our inventory and supplies change and adjust to the needs of our customers. Infrequently, substitutions cannot be avoided. Island Creations reserves the right to substitute any item that is part of a gift basket if that item is unavailable. The replacement will always be of equal or greater value at no additional charge to you.
Island Creations offers quality gifts accompanied by excellent service. Most of Island Creations orders are individualized for each customer's unique needs. A level of satisfaction is established at the time an order is placed when a gift content, color, or other specific details are discussed. We feel the product descriptions are clear and concise. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us for further clarification. If you experience a problem with your order, please notify Island Creations and we will do everything possible to resolve the situation. All sales are final.
All payments or credit card information must be received before an order can be processed. Your credit card will be charged prior to delivery of your purchase. See the Ordering section for payment details.
Any non-personalized order may be cancelled with a minimum 3 day notice prior to delivery or shipment. Personalized orders will not receive refunds after confirmation of personalization is received.
