To avoid costly mistakes for our customers, a printed request must be received by Island Creations which includes all information to personalize a gift correctly. Personalized orders require extra time as it is hand-crafted. Please contact Island Creations for more information.
Island Creations is located in Menasha, Wisconsin. Orders will be hand delivered to places of business and residence in the Fox Cities and surrounding areas at a higher delivery rate. delivery charges range from $2.00 - $13.50. Please contact Island Creations for delivery charges for your specific destination.
If the destination of your gift order is outside the Fox Cities area, gifts are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping charges will be calculated per order and will depend on the weight of the gift and the zip code of the recipient. There are a few products that are not available for shipment.
